Meals: Meals provided for all registered participants. Vegetarian options will be provided; please inform conference organizer of any other dietary restrictions.
Lodging: The Medford Hyatt and Sheraton Commander are fully booked.
Venue: Main conference venue is the Cabot Intercultural Center (also called the Fletcher Building). Talks will be in room 205; coffee breaks and lunches will be on the 7th floor. The conference dinner will be in the Coolidge Room of Ballou Hall. The conference reception will be at the Center for the Humanities at Tufts in the Fung House. Please go here for a campus map.
Parking on Friday: Street parking is highly limited on Friday, though there is free parking -- no permit required -- on Packard Avenue south of Professors Row. The closest parking garage is Dowling Garage ($5 a day); enter on Boston Avenue and take the elevator to the 7th floor to exit on the main campus level.
Parking on Saturday: Campus police will likely allow permit-less parking along Professors Row on Saturday only. Check back here to confirm.

Public transport: The closest T stop is the Davis Square stop on the Red Line. There is a free Tufts shuttle bus that travels between Davis Square and the Tufts campus on a regular schedule (please note difference in schedule between Friday and Saturday). Unfortunately, it doesn't start early enough on Saturday to accommodate conference attendees; we will likely organize volunteers on Friday to pick up conference-goers Saturday morning.
